My mom got me an AccuQuilt fabric cutter for Christmas so I tried out this block using some leftover fabric from last summer. I quilted it on my machine since it wasn't very big, and now it sits in the center of my dining room table. So cute!

Vegetable Bag
I saw a tutorial and had to try my hand at making a cute little vegetable bag. I used heat and bond vinyl covering to protect the bag (after washing and trimming), and quilted it on my longarm before sewing into a zipper pouch. I'd like to get good at this. These are so cute. I've made a couple and would like to try other candy bags as well.
Homemade Bread
I got a bread machine during our last snowstorm and made a loaf of whole wheat bread. It makes the house smell SO GOOD it's worth it just for that. I'm still working on a great recipe but this bread is edible. I'd give it 6.5/10 on taste.
